Case study – A customer approached us with a problem. They had a very limited timeframe and their boss wanted a ceramic mug for this particular promotion. They required production of 18,500 mugs with a 1 colour imprint on both sides of the mug delivered across Canada to National Tradeshows. Definitions of terms:
